1. Order Cancellation
   Once an order is confirmed and processing has begun, it is considered final. Orders cancelled by the client after confirmation are non-refundable, as resources, time, and materials are allocated immediately upon confirmation.

2. Delays in Delivery
   While we strive to meet all committed timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as supply chain disruptions or force majeure events may cause delays. Please note that delays in delivery do not qualify for a refund. However, we ensure timely communication and support to resolve any issues.

3. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
   Any unauthorized chargebacks or disputed payments will lead to a formal review process. In such cases, the concerned party will be required to undergo KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Legal action may be initiated for fraudulent disputes to protect our business interests.

4. Custom Work & Non-Refundable Orders
   Due to the customized nature of fabrication work, all orders are made to client specifications and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where a product is received with proven manufacturing defects.

5. Returns And Refunds Are Only Applicable In Some Special Scenario's.
